about me
I'm an improvisor based in Boston, Massachusetts, and my training comes mainly from the ImprovBoston Comedy School, and from iO Chicago. I have been studying improvisation for over a decade, and have been performing professionally in the Boston area since 2016. I'm currently an instructor at ImprovBoston, and a resident cast member on the ImprovBoston ensemble. I also work as an independent coach and instructor, and as a corporate trainer in applied improvisation, helping professionals to build skills in leadership, communication, and collaboration.

My areas of artistic interest in improvisation include longform format experimentation, dramatic improv, physical character creation, and improving emotional and physical safety within the artform. I hope to continue exploring the spectrum that exists between scripted and improvised work, to find new opportunities for audience engagement in the theater.

You can catch me performing public and private shows with The Nova Comedy Collective, every week on the award-winning RPG live play Blittle League, and in various independent shows at The Rockwell, Union Comedy, and more.

Testimonials
"Kayleigh is a dynamic and thoughtful improviser. Her characters spring to life, fully realized in physicality and point-of-view, in an instant. The level of specificity she brings to the way she explores the stage is delightful to an audience and inspiring to her scene-partners."
